Our Mission

The mission of Women's Temple is to empower women by helping them honor their sexuality, love their bodies, find their voices, release sexual traumas, and integrate their sexuality with their spirituality so they can blossom into their full potential.

Women's Temple also educates men about women's sexuality. By fostering knowledge and respect for women's sexuality we facilitate healing between the masculine and the feminine, therefore actively creating a world of harmony among genders.

Message from the Founder

"Diana's stand is so powerful. I believe she is the most articulate speaker for women, to women and men on the issues of women's sexuality."    - Anne Sagendorph
(CEO of Beyond Business As Usual)

"Diana's work is deeply spiritual, deeply personal, and deeply intimate. Every woman should take at least one of her workshops, because in this culture when it comes to sexuality, we women got it so wrong.
Diana has the key to make it right."
    - Francis Oman (Life Coach)
Welcome to Women's Temple!

My name is Diana Soline, and my work is devoted to helping women heal the rift between their sexuality and spirituality.

I grew up in Russia, a place where women are very strong, and where they have had very hard lives. My family went through unimaginable tragedies that affected the Russian people during the last century.

In 1989, I moved to the US, a country of great abundance. I had a chance to heal my wounds that I carried from my culture and to see the world differently. I realized that I would like to live in a world where all women could fully blossom into their power, and could use their strength to create beauty, love, and harmony around themselves.

Through my life experiences as well as witnessing others, I learned that our erotic energy is perhaps the strongest source of creative and loving energy that’s available to us. However, even though Western society has made significant progress in educating people about sexuality as a reproductive system, there are far fewer places where sexuality is discussed and viewed as a source of intuition, power and wisdom.

Audre Lorde, in her essay, "Uses of the erotic: the erotic as power." wrote:

“In order to perpetuate itself, every oppression must corrupt or distort those various sources of power within the culture of the oppressed that can provide energy for change. For women, this has meant a suppression of the erotic as a considered source of power and information within our lives.”

Her words make a lot of sense to me. I have witnessed how the Soviet regime corrupted and distorted the erotic as a source of inspiration and change. I am also aware of how for centuries strict religious communities in the West have been distorting and suppressing the erotic as a source of creative power.

As a woman, I yearned to break free from the old programming of suppression of the erotic energy. Lucky for me I was able to find wise women who helped me do so. In the process I became aware that it is my path to help others to do the same. So, in 2000, I founded Women's Temple where women can learn how to connect deeply with their erotic nature and integrate it with their spirituality, so that they can blossom into their full potential.

In 2005, in addition to serving women in the US, Women's Temple started a program in Russia, One Million Empowered Russian Women. Over one hundred women and men from five countries contributed financially to make it possible.

If you are a woman who is looking for a place where she can grow spiritually through deeper connection with her sexuality, you have come to the right place.

If you are a man, and what you read so far, rings true and inspires you, you have also come to the right place.

Namaste!

Diana Soline
